SHIPPING
Shipping will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
In stock orders are shipped the same day when possible.
All orders are sent insured against loss in transit and are guaranteed to arrive on time or your shipping will be refunded.
A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if applicable) will be sent for all orders as soon as they are shipped.
Shipping times for glasses do not include processing times, which are 1-2 business days for non-prescription eyewear and 2-5 business days for prescription eyewear.
If you order both contacts and glasses from us, we may ship them separately or hold the entire order until both are ready (at our discretion).
Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM with a verified prescription will be shipped out on the same day. All other orders may incur a processing time of 1 to 3 business days depending on prescription verification and stock availability. Specialty lenses, toric and made-to-order products may take longer to process.
*Saturday delivery is not available. A processing fee may be included in the total price of your order and will be specified on the cart page after adding items to your order. Processing fees include taxes, insurance and the various costs associated with handling your product(s) and your order such as expenses related to acquiring and processing your order, transaction fees charged by third party payment processors and other expenses incurred with respect to customer orders. Processing fees do not include any charges for the product itself. Even including the processing fee, our prices are guaranteed to be low. If you find a lower total price through any other retailer, we will price match.
RETURNS
Glasses and Sunglasses
We offer a free 30 day return for glasses and sunglasses. Frames may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days provided that the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Frame returns must include all materials originally sent (cases, cloths, demo lenses). Store credits do not expire. Returns are free of charge. Simply call our customer care team at 1-888-416-3461 and they will email you your return label.
Contacts
We offer a free 30 day return for contact lenses. Unopened, complete, sealed contact lens boxes without writing or markings may be returned for a credit card refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns must arrive in original, saleable condition, packaged in a box and without damage.
We also offer a 365 day prescription return for contacts. We will take back unopened boxes of your old prescription and credit towards your new prescription. When your contact lens prescription changes we will accept returns for store credit within 365 days from the day you receive your order. Use your store credit towards any future purchase. Store credits do not expire. Returned contact lens boxes must be in original condition, full, sealed, unopened and without writing or markings.
